Google Launchpad is a one week pre-incubation program for early stage startups focused on areas like product strategy, UX, technology, marketing and business development. The ultimate goal of Google Launchpad is to create bonds among startup communities.
Organized by Itnig and María Encinar, the second edition of Google Launchpad in Spain took place in Barcelona from April 13th to 17th, bringing together 14 startups from all over the country with the objective of receiving productive feedback from a list of high skilled mentors and other players from the community.
For this second edition of Launchpad Barcelona we wanted to expand the reach of the program beyond a week. For that purpose, we decided to create a series of case studies that analyze the work of some of the startups throughout the program and how the event helped them refine their products and overall strategies.
These case studies have been put together by Jaime Novoa and Johan Feito and will be published in coming weeks on this site.
We hope that they become not only useful for the entrepreneurs and startups who participated in the program, but also for those who might be in a similar situation but were not able to be there, serving as a starting point.

These case studies do not aim to provide a definitive guide for solving a problem, but rather to provide a glimpse into how taking a week to rethink your startup with the help of highly qualified mentors can offer companies a fresh perspective on their struggles and missed opportunities.
