Founded by mathematician, doctor, and investor Guillem Serra, along with iSalud Co-Founders José López and Albert Castells, MediQuo was created with the aim that users have a medical friend in the palm of their hand, reported El Referente on Monday.
iSalud is the leading portal in Spain in health insurance sales, according to its website. The company works with the main insurance companies and offers personalized and free advice. It is with a strong entrepreneurial background that MediQuo was born.
MediQuo’s operation is very simple. After downloading the App, patients can contact the doctors of different specialties such as pediatricians, gynecologists, cardiologists, psychologists, nutritionists, sexologists and personal trainers, among others, and then haver an answer in less than two minutes.
Users can send their doctors photos, videos, analytics and medical reports through the chat.

Users can try the free medical chat for a few days. Subscriptions start at €4.95 per month. The strategy of the company is to provide access to an immediate, easy, guaranteed and affordable medicine.
Other features include asking registered doctors and specialists as many times as you want during the day or different days. The consultations never close and you can always access your previous chats.
All MediQuo doctors are reportedly at the user’s disposal and will actively monitor progress and provide help whenever needed.
